Creative therapy is for anyone of any age and involves music, story, art and movement. Adults who have tried this type of therapy have really enjoyed it and found opening up much easier than traditional talking therapies.

You do not have to be good at any of the above – I certainly am not, but sometimes having a distraction from what we are discussing can be really helpful.

I am able to offer one-to-one talking therapy if this is something you feel more comfortable with or maybe what you had in mind. Don’t shy away from a therapy session due to fear of a paint brush being put in your hand!
